The revised plans are sufficient for our files. You may proceed with this activity as described in your submittal during the moratorium per the agreement from WRC. Through the conversation it was decided it would be better to build the slop with Class II rip rap, as opposed to just keying in the rip rap on a soil slope. All thought it would be better for securing the slope. Garcy stated he just needs a revised plan sheet, since we are not going outside of the permitted area. Sorry for the change.
