Dear Mr. Eason:
On March 13, 2019, this Office received an e-mail copy of a violation issued from Union County
Environmental Health to Mr. Moises Perez for raw sewage leaking onto ground. It was noted that
sewer service provided by City of Monroe had been terminated due to non-payment. The violation
was investigated by Mr. Roberto Scheller and Mr. Tony Parker of this Office on May 28, 2019.
Deputy D. Morris, of the Union County Sherriff Department, was also present during the site
investigation.
At the time of the site investigation no sewage was noted leaking from sewer line clean -outs; all
clean -out caps were in place, and no water quality violations were found. At this time no further
investigation is deemed necessary at this site. If you should have any further questions, please
