This memo is to address the Notice of Deficiency letter sent to me on August 6, 2018.
Please accept the following information for corrective actions.
Deficiency 1: As always every effort has been made to keep my lagoons above the
allowable level. Although, at times persistent rainfall makes it hard to
maintain required storage capacity, I try to take every necessary step to
keep my lagoon levels in compliance with our Certified Animal Waste
Management Plan and perniit.
