Hi Mr. DeBoer,
The NOI application you submitted for Eastbrooke Apartments Phase 3 was rejected. Please make the following
corrections and submit a new NOI:
• Part A 15a,b - Cape Fear is the river basin your site is in. We need the immediate waterway receiving stormwater.
From looking at the classifications map, it appears your site may drain to Service Creek or Haw River. Please
verify.
• Part A 16 -your site is subject to the SPCA.
• Part D 5 -we need the approval letter from the entity that reviewed your erosion and sediment control plan. This
may be the county, city, or state. The Army Corps approved the filling of wetlands, not E&SC.
• Part D 6—the NOI Certification Form is attached to this email.
