Based on our review of your submitted application, the DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on-bald as incomplete-untif-we receive this additional-infomratierr.~-Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 15A NCAC 02H .0506 (f) requires that "a lack of practical alternatives" be demonstrated. No discussion in regards to developing the project without the impacts requested has been presented. A discussion regarding practical alternatives with respect to a reduction of impacts must be presented. 2. Application Item VI. 1. requests a description of the proposed impacts. In your submitted list, you indicate that 50 linear feet of impact is required. As these two figures do not agree, you application must be modified to reflect the true amount of impacts. 3. Application Item III. 10. requests a description of the overall project. Your submitted application details the requested impact, but fails to describe the proposed use of the 200.098 acres. You must review the instructions for Application item III. and provide not only site plans, but proposed building sites, a delineation of all streams and wetlands within the project boundary, and land use descriptions. 4. Application Item XI. Requests a stormwater management description for the entire development, for the life of the development. You application states that the land will be left undisturbed, negating the need for access. Please clarify the need and purpose for the crossing, and if for development, provide a detailed description as to how stormwater will be managed for the life of the development. 5. Application Item XII. Request a description as to how sewage will be disposed of. As you have stated in your application that the proposed use id residential, you must provide a description of how wastewater will be managed and disposed of. N/A is an unacceptable answer.
