The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Burgaw Collection
System on 5/16/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00150.
The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the
inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

Inspection Summary:
A routine compliance inspection of the Town of Burgaw Collection System was conducted on May 16, 2019.The purpose of
the evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit
WQCS00150.Alan Moore, ORC, Matt Myslow, BORC,and Charles Hall was present during the inspection.
Staff keeps organized records to include weekly/monthly inspection logs,work order management reports of repairs and
Utility Cloud reports of work performed.The town tracks the collection system with the help of the Utility Cloud map which
includes the gravity lines,force main lines, pump stations and manholes.The town continues to improve its collection
system with upgrades to SCADA, manhole rehabilitation and upgrading pump stations with bypass pump connections.
A violation was issued for some missing required documentation during the last inspection in 2017. Documentation was
found to be complete during this inspection.The Town of Burgaw is compliant with collection system Permit WQCS00150.
