I uploaded the docs — that's nice — can we do new NOls this way — or just mail it in to begin with?
I put this note about the wetlands on the submittal
So it appears when they got these wetlands drawn, I didn't have a signed map from the USACE or a JD, or it was a long
time ago and I never got a copy from the wetland consultant. The wetlands shown on the map have been shown since
we got the mine expanded starting in 2012 or before.
Let me know what else we need,

Branch,
NOI NCG020939 is under review. I pulled it up, and it looks to me that it is missing the JD from the US Army Cops. To
speed along the process, you use the link below to upload the JD, has well as the drawing titled "Existing Conditions and
USGS map" - Drawing #2, that was submitted as part of your NOI. On the map clearly indicate where the outfall will be.
Drawing you submitted does not need to be revised, you can mark the outfall using pdf tools.

Use ID# NCG020939, and make sure it is in pdf form.
I also have a note from the initial reviewer that the Regional Office thought there were inaccuracies in the NOI. I will
track down what those inaccuracies were, and get back to you if you need to fix anything.

Emery Mine, Montgomery Co. — GS Materials
Shane,
We had submitted a NOI for a mine in Montgomery Co back in the fall of 2018. It would have been mailed to the main
address with $100 check. We haven't heard anything and I do not seem to have any emails back and forth to Rick Riddle
in regards to this one.
Do yall have this one in a stack somewhere??
