Regarding the subject, I spoke with Mr. David Baker from the US Army Corp of Engineers and he has
advised me that the specific Nationwide Permit we have applied for be a NWP #39. Please advise if this
letter is satisfactory to fulfill your request for "...five copies of the additional information..." If not, then
please advise what your office will require and we will expeditiously provide whatever you do require. I will
also review the General Certification guidelines of NWP #39 to insure that all appropriate criteria are met.
Should any additional information be required, please notify Pangaea Development Services at (828) 644-
0773 and we will expeditiously provide the requested additional material.
