Date of field visit: July 2015 Description of review activities, results, and conclusions: Review of HPO quad maps, HPO GIS information, historic designations roster, and indexes was undertaken on April 9, 2015. Based on this review, there is one survey site within the APE, the Thomas Joseph Waldrop House (PL194). The APE is defined as 300' from each end of the bridge and 75' from the centerline each way. An intensive survey was required to assess eligibility of a large farm with several outbuildings and acreage associated with the house. The Jones -Waldrop House (PLO194) was determined eligible for National Register listing, with a National Register Boundary as defined on the following maps. The boundary falls outside of the APE, and therefore the Jones -Waldrop House will not be affected by this project. There are no other structures within the APE. If design plans change, additional review will be required.
