Subject: R-1015 (Havelock) Final Utility Impacts
The purpose of this email is to provide final utility plans and a revised impact summary sheet for R-1015.
Attached you will find revised permit drawings depicting the addition of utility poles in wetlands. Proposed permanent
fill in wetlands is now included at utility sites 4, 5, 10, 11, and 12. Total impacts for proposed permanent fill due to
utility poles remains <0.01ac as authorized by the 404 and 401 permits.
