The last correspondence we had on NCG160006 was that it had been mixed up with COC No. NCG160112 (see below). NCG160006 expired because it owed fees for years in the past and was not renewed. We have no record of a rescission request for NCG160075, which remains active. If Barnhill Contracting does not operate these sites anymore, it needs to request a rescission of each permit. If the sites should be transferred to new owners, we need the owner transfer paperwork (signed by both parties), which is usually harder to do so many years after the fact. There is an electronic form for that on our website (as well as the Rescission form you might need). These COCs will continue to bill for annual fees until we receive a rescission request or process an ownership transfer.
