On July 28, 2009, 1 inspected the completed construction work on Project B-4631, NCSR 1347 (Parris Road)
in Rutherford County. The culvert construction work has been completed and the work associated with the
culvert (floodplain benches) appears to be working properly.
The area appears to be stable and please continue to ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are
maintained through the fall. Please refer to the attached inspection report for any specific items noted during
the inspection.
