Project Information and Prior Project History The project will consist of a culvert and earthen embankment stream crossing(I-1) to provide access for future single-family development and also provide utilities and sidewalk access for future development. The crossing will require bulldozers, track hoes, and/ or backhoes to place pipe, construct earthen roadway and place erosion control measures ( rip-rap dissipater pad). An intermittent stream running (I- 2) through the project will also need to be piped to provide an area for future development. The piping of this intermittent stream will require the use of bulldozer, backhoes, and pan to fill and level the area were the stream channel lies, the entire channel will not be piped a portion will remain open to reduce or minimize the impact on the intermittent stream(M-2), this will require the loss of lot one of the development The last 130' of the intermittent stream channel will need to be relocated to make room for the stream crossing/ road. To minimize the total impact of the project the remaining Intermittent Stream on the site will be left undisturbed (M-1) and a sanitary sewer crossing of the perennial stream will be jack and bored to avoid any stream disturbance (M-3). r'J--- A ..i 4n C.
