Dear Mr. Faircloth:
Per my conversation with Mrs. Faircloth on November 6, 1995, it is the
understanding of this office that your animal operation no longer has swine at the
registered location.
If you have permanently gone out of the swine business, you are requested to notify
the DEM Raleigh Central Office - Attention: Diane Williams Wilburn, PO Box 29535,
Raleigh, NC 27626-0535, and indicate that you wish to be removed from the registration
list.
