Inspection Summary:
On May 15, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. i met with Mark Jones and Jeff Evanson site. During the
inspection, the following items were noted:
1) Covers have been added to the dumpsters.
2) A lock has been installed on the secondary containment.
3) Biolsolids have been removed except for a much smaller pile located under roof at the facility.
The permittee is advised that compliance with the No Exposure Certification is contingent on the facility stall remaining
diligent at good housekeeping and preventative maintenance in all processes associated with the biolsolids area.
Due to the sensitive nature of NEC compliance at this facility, return inspections will be conducted.
