Atkins has been contracted by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to execute a jurisdictional
waters delineation for the Additional Lanes on SR 2085 (Benjamin Parkway/Bryan Boulevard) from SR 2254 (Wendover
Avenue) to Holden Road in Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina-STIP U-5852. Atkins has depicted the limits of
jurisdictional waters of the U.S. (including wetlands) within the project study area and is requesting agency concurrence
to confirm those boundaries. Data to support these decisions are included with this request.

Please follow the instructions provided in this email in order to download the provided Preliminary Jurisdictional
Determination package.
