Notes, Sketch, Action Items, etc.:
Upper R1- kudzu treated; right side steep slope buffer; left side very narrow buffer (close to top of bank); left side single family
house has pvc pipe discharge within the buffer - WLS will investigate
R1- narrow channel; veg within channel; sedimentation concern during construction flushed through - watch for new deposition;
stream banks and wetland areas dense with herbaceous cover, juncus dominated
R5 - concern about base flow - seep fed
R2 - scattered bare area patches; alder, sycamore, willow, maple well established; multiflora rose & privet treated
General:
planted trees not evident at high densities through easement, but only MY2
In -stream structures being tracked for instability between monitoring years
Coordinated with solar development (left side of buffer) on stormwater WQ BMPs
R1 BMP - ponded area located outside easement (right side) in access road was recently fenced
Check mitigation plan whether pond dam was to be removed, concern about flow being backed up in relict pond area (too wet)
