This project is subject to the Inland PNA moratoria. We plan to conduct the following borings: • Neuse River overflow (bridge no. 152): 3 borings in the flood plain which may or may not be in standing water. • Neuse River (bridge no. 52): 3 borings in the channel, 1 in the flood plain which may or may not be in standing water. I know you've approved borings during moratoria for other projects but I still like to confirm.
