We had a sediment loss on the U-2579B project during the rains over the weekend including a 1.7” event.. It was at site
12. I reviewed the site this afternoon. I would estimate that approximately 10, 5 gallon buckets will be removed from
the stream. In the attached picture, the stream is at the toe of the slope. Water was concentrated from the recently
paved road and resulted in a slope failure. The bulk of the slope was maintained behind the silt fence at the toe of
