Hey Anthony,
We are in the process of flagging the un -impacted resources within 50 -feet of the LOD. It was brought to our
attention that Duke only owns the rights to the LOD area and that we are not allowed to fence or flag areas outside
of the LOD. Are you ok if we fence the LOD line with the orange fence/flagging when there are adjacent resources
within 50'?
