As a follow up to your question regarding the burning of woody debris from clearing activities within
the jurisdictional areas of the pipe line easement and use of diesel as an accelerant, DWR will require
that any burning of debris be conducted outside of jurisdictional wetlands, waters and riparian
buffers. In addition, the applicant will need to contact other federal, state or local agency regarding
permit requirements and applicable regulations before proceeding with the activities.
