the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the
receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to
cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station
en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of
the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis
has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best

RAM Investments, L.L.C. is proposing to construct a building for commercial use, which
is located in Johnston County. The project site, Lot 5, is located within the Old Drug Store
Business Park. The development is adjacent to Old Drug Store Road ( SR 1524 ) and is
located South of the intersection of NC Highway 42 West and Old Drug Store Road. The
building is all new construction and will contain a combination of office, service and
warehouse space. The proposed improvements associated with the commercial building
will consist of a paved access drive and parking area, a gravel storage area and a gravity
sanitary sewer system extension.

15A NCAC 02T .0303 PERMITTING BY REGULATION
(a) The following systems shall be deemed permitted pursuant to Rule .0113 of this Subchapter if the system meets the
criteria in Rule .0113 of this Subchapter and all criteria required for that system in this Rule:
(1) a building sewer documented by the local building inspector to be in compliance with the North Carolina State
Plumbing Code and that serves a single building with the sole purpose of conveying wastewater from that building into a
gravity sewer that extends onto or is adjacent to the building's property. A building sewer that contributes more than
five percent of the existing wastewater treatment facility's design capacity or
50,000 gallons per day of flow as calculated using the wastewater design flow rates in Rule .0114 of this Subchapter shall
not commence operations until a letter of agreement, meeting the requirements of 15A NCAC 02T .0304(g), has been
submitted to and approved by the regional office;

permitted. It's noted this is a service line.
We do not include service lines in sewer extension permits, as these lines are regulated by the local building inspector.
So we'll leave this line out, and only include 175 if of 8" gravity sewer in the permit upon your confirmation,
