The Division had determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until the following items are addressed: 1. Please provide a site plan depicting all jurisdictional features (i.e. waters of the US); historical, recent, and proposed impacts to jurisdictional features; lot layouts; and building envelopes including septic systems. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(b)] 2. Please update the proposed stream and wetland impact inventory in the Pre -Construction Notification (PCN) to reflect the site plan noted above. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(6)] 3. Please provide the overall percent imperviousness of the project and determine whether the project is high or low density as defined in 15A NCAC 02H .1017 (4). If it is determined that the project is low density as defined in 15A NCAC 02H .1017 (4) (i.e. no more than 24% built -upon area or no more than two dwelling units per acre), please provide a stormwater drainage plan including drainage patterns and outlets to show that the project meets 15A NCAC 02H .1003(2)(b) ("Stormwater shall be designed to maximize dispersed flow through vegetated areas and minimize channel flow") and 15A NCAC 02H .1003(2)(c) ("Stormwater that cannot be released as dispersed flow shall be transported by vegetated conveyances"). If it is determined that the project is high density, the Division will require additional information to document the project will not cause degradation of surface waters. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b) and (c)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned.
