Pursuant to our conversation this morning, the following points discussed were:
1. We will continue manually removing sediment all affectedstream bed areas w/shovels,
buckets and e tc. and dispose said material approximately 25 feel away. After sediment drys, it
will be hydro -seeded.
2. Foreign rocks resulting from previous road construction will be removed by hand and/or
machinery, depending on size, and placed approximately 8 feet on upper bank of stream (south
side by road). Banks will then be stabilized by hydro -seeding and covered w/straw as soon as
weather permits
3. Area around well head located above wetland(s) will be smoothed over and stabilized by
hydro -seeding and covered w/strawed as soon as weather permits.
4. We will continue groveling existing road as weather permits
All the above will be done in a timely manner, weather permitting, to achieve our common goal.
