Wilmington, NC 28405 RE: Fast Track Sewer Application Autumn Trail Townhomes 676 Southport -Supply Road SE Bolivia, NC 28422 Dear Mr. Hunklele, m p R-a H APR 01 2019 Water Quality Regional 01 Attached with this letter is an application for a sewer system extension proposed for Brunswick County. Listed below is a summary of submitted documents and a brief description of the proposed project. Project Summary Atrium Homes is proposing the construction of 74 - three bedroom townhouses to be located on a tract of land located at the address listed above. The sewage generated by the town homes will be collected via an 8" collection system made up of 1853 LF of SDR 35 pipe. The sewage will be conveyed to a new 8' diameter pump station constructed to Brunswick County standards. The pump station will be equipped with 2-12 hp pumps. The sewage will be conveyed thru 976 If of 4" C900 DR-18 force main to its connection point with an existing 18" force main operated by Brunswick County. The plans and specification have been reviewed by Brunswick County staff and granted a flow acceptance letter which is provided in the attached documentation. Should you require additional information please do not hesitate to call. Thank you in advance.
