I think we should honor the Merger Process and formally request new CP signatures for LEDPA and for 4A where
applicable. These are significant changes (fortunately on the plus side) and from the sounds of it, there may be more
revisions in other sections at which point we'll do this again. A simple one page summary from DOT sent out prior to the
4B meeting to all team signees explaining why there were revisions since our last meeting, along with new signature
pages noting the revisions, should suffice. If there are questions/concerns they could be address during the first 20
minutes of 4B or before the meeting.

Hello !

Just got off the phone w/ Division 9 and the new design consultant (RKK) on R 2577 A. This was a pre-merger 4B
meeting -- the Merger Meeting is set for June - and I will be on vacation.

It's US 158 Reidsville Road in Division 9.. LEDPA and 4A has been signed (not sure 4A needs signature - but you get what
I'm saying).

Overall - the impacts to waters of the U.S. have decreased 24% - (some areas increased - some areas decreased.. i.e. 1
area goes from 850 linear feet of stream impact to 85 linear feet - another area increases from 385 linear feet to 436
linear feet and then 60 linear feet increases to 275 linear feet). See attached.

Also - relocations have dropped dramatically since public meetings.. they will have other public meetings. See attached.

Question came up whether CP 3 will need to be re-signed.. apparently - best fit was for segments 2 & 3 on Project R
2577 A...they also used the term "Transitional" for segments 2 & 3 - I think Segment 1 is on existing alignment.

So w/ the changes - is it commonplace or expected to re-sign the CP3? Or do we need to just notify the merger team of
the changes?
