I pulled the trigger a little too quick on the revised drawings I sent you the other day. Please see the attached. They are
pretty much identical to the other set, with a minor change to description of impact for Site 3. The numbers stayed the
same as the one's in the drawings from Monday.

General Project Narrative:
R-3830 involves the widening of NC 42, from Dalrymple St. to E1W Harrington Avenue, from 2 lanes to 3 4 lanes. The project includes four jurisdictional stream crossings, the

Quality Impacts)
Pro'ect minimum measures include:
>Maximizing Shoulder Section - 2.4 miles of the project.
>Minimizing Roadway Side Slopes - Maximum side slope used on project is 3:1.
>Providing Adequate Ground Cover.
>Stabilizing Embankments and Drainage Ditches.
>Providing Adequate Energy Dissipation.
>Utilizing Natural Features and Drainage Pathways - Existing drainage pathways were utilized to the maximum extent practicable.
>Encouraging Diffuse Flow - Variable width base ditches were utilized to diffuse roadway ditch flow that discharge into wetlands.
