The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Mountain Air Country
Club on 5/10/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance
with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCSD0349. The findings
and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

Tim Heim and Linda Wiggs of the Asheville Regional Office performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the collection
system on May 10, 2019, this was to follow-up on a non -compliant inspection performed on October 16, 2018. Randy
Banks, Preston Pate and Eric Brown, (Mountain Air) and Daryl Young (RPB) were present at the time of the inspection.
The significant items noted as non -compliant during the 2018 inspection had been corrected and/or clarified at this time of
this inspection.
Note: Any pump stations with non -operating telemetry must be repaired or inspected on a daily basis.
