The system has 1 lift station and 7 manholes. The lift station's telemetry was not fully functional and the visual alarm was not working. These items were noted in the last inspection report in August of 2014 as well. We looked at 5 of the 7 manholes and they all appeared in fine condition including the manhole at 310 Windy Knoll which had been cited for excessive grease in the prior inspection report. Mr. Deaver did not have a map of the system, O&M plan, or logs of high priority line inspections. Grease education materials have not been distributed in the last 6 months, this needs to be done every 6 months.
