I am responding to the Notice of Deficiency issued July 20, 2018, by your department This violation was
issued to Britt Sow Farm AWS310763 for violating Condition V2 of the Swine General Permit
There was a 30 day plan of action turned In to the division and the farm self -reported a freeboard level of
18" The farm is irrigating when the land will accept it without violating the Swine General PermiL The
farts is managing water use very close. The lagoon level at the farm is 38Inches.
