Could you enter this minor modification request from Duke Energy into BIMS? The documents can be saved into Laserfiche
(no need to pull them through paper intake, just web service pull).
Thanks,

Zahid,
That sounds like a modification to the permit that the Central Office needs to handle. Did the company send us a request
for that, or did they contact the MRO directly? Could you send a copy of their request so we can be sure that we have it?

Hello all,
Marshall Steam Station requested for removal of three outlets from storm water permit
NCS000548. James Moore inspected and concurred with the request. A letter should go out
from Regional office or from Central office. Please advise and if you have a shell letter for some
specific language needs to be in that letter. Thanks
