The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on
November 1, 2018. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey
requirement for Lagoon #1 at Liberty Farm facility. Due to the amounts of treatment volume
available, the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2023.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon #1 at Liberty Farm should be performed before December
