Thank you for your letter of July 10, 2014, transmitting information for our review concerning the above
project.
There are no recorded archaeological sites located within your proposed project area. However, the aerial
submitted with your letter indicates the location of two "ruins" on the property. The legend identifies ruin 1
and ruin 2 as structural ruins, but includes no other identifying information. Before we can complete our
review, please forward any available information concerning the age and nature of the ruins so we may evaluate
their archaeological potential.
We have determined that the project as proposed will not have an effect on any historic structures.
The above comments are made pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and the
Advisory Council on Historic Preservation's Regulations for Compliance with Section 106 codified at 36 CFR
Part 800.
