The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on January
8, 2019. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement
for the lagoon at Outlaw Farms facility. Due to the amounts of treatment volume available, the
Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2023 for the lagoon.
The next sludge survey for the lagoon at Outlaw Farms should be performed before December
