The purpose of the Hark is to repair an eroding river bank that may eventually cause the collapse of pull -off along US276.
41. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used:*
A track hoe will be used to carefully pull soil back from edge of river to point where solid ground is hit. Large shot rock and class 1 will then be used to rebuild the river bank. There are
no drawings, but attached is a photo that generally shows the type of repair.
