NCDOT is starting the project development, environmental, and engineering studies for the replacement of
Bridge No. 980189 on SR 1325 (Mountain View Church Road), over Unnamed Tributary of South Deep Creek
in Yadkin County. The project vicinity map is attached.

The Department may be in contact with your agency in the near future, if applicable, requesting project specific
information.

No response to this notification is required; however, we welcome your input if you have any specific or time-
critical concerns that the Department should be aware of. Your comments may be used in the preparation of an
environmental document, in accordance with the State or National Environmental Policy Act.
