I am in receipt of your Waste Area Submittal for the site located at Pine Mountain Rd,
Spruce Pine, NC 28777. I would refer you to Section 802 of the standard specifications
(2012) for the Waste area requirements.
The Quartz Corp USA has a mining permit (# 61-06 Mitchell County) and all material
hauled to this site with become the property and the sole responsibility of The Quartz
Corp USA. The Quartz Corp USA will bear the responsibility of ensuring that they meet
their reclamation plan requirements for this site.
This Waste Area is approved and Wright Brothers Construction may begin construction
as of April 18, 2017.
