Friday, May 24, 2619 will be considered in the final determination regarding
permit issuance and permit provisions.
Applications: The following facility has applied for renewal of their NPDES
permits to discharge stormwater from their location in Cabarrus County.

28170. The facility discharges to North Prong Buffalo Creek in the Yadkin
Pee -Dee River Basin. Permit No. NCS000595.
