Dear DEQ,
At the time that I self -reported 18"in my lagoon, I had just purchased this farm and received it
in less than optimal condition from the previous owner. While it was a very wet period of time
of this past May, I had just begun working to restore the lagoons, land, and the livestock houses
back to their most productive nature. After self -reporting my lagoon at below the 19"
threshold, I began pumping as soon as possible. I regained 21 inches by the end of the following
week and have been compliant ever since.
