The implications of total remission in this case on those grounds has the potential to significantly undermine the Division's efforts to bring the Town back into compliance with their current permit. I don't know if the Commission is aware of this consequence and I was not allowed an opportunity to convey this concern at the time the case was being debated and voted on by the Commission. Given the significance of this decision and its impact on our ability to conduct our mission, do we have any options to appeal this decision? rb Rick Bolich, L.G.
