I am a consultant for the North Carolina Department of Transportation
(NCDOT). NCDOT Division 3 plans to improve the intersection of SR 1308 (Bell Fork
Road) and SR 1403 (Country Club Road/Hargett Street) in Jacksonville, NC. The purpose
of project is to improve traffic
operations at the intersection. Attached to this email is a Start of Study letter for the
proposed project. Your input regarding the proposed project is appreciated- please
provide by 5/31/19. Please contact me if you have any questions.
