GENERAL PROJECT NOTES:
1. STREET LIGHTING TO BE PROVIDED ACCORDING TO TOWN REQUIREMENTS.
2. ALL NEW UTILITY LINES MUST BE UNDERGROUND.
3. A PRE -CONSTRUCTION MEETING WITH THE TOWN OF FUQUAY-VARINA AND
WAKE COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTOR WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE
BEGINNING ANY CONSTRUCTION.
4. ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO TOWN OF FUQUAY-VARINA STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS.
5. SURVEY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY SULLIVAN SURVEYING IN SEPTEMBER 2015,
AND IS IN NAD 83 COORDINATE SYSTEM.
6. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES AND SHALL
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM HIS ACTIVITIES. CALL UTILITY
LOCATING SERVICE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DIGGING. 1-800-632-4949.
7. ALL OPEN SPACE NOT DEDICATED TO THE TOWN OF FUQUAY-VARINA SHALL BE
MAINTAINED BY THE SUNSET BLUFFS HOMEOWNERS ASSOC.
8. WETLANDS AND NEUSE RIVER BUFFERS HAVE BEEN DELINEATED BY MITCHELL
ENVIRONMENTAL, PA.
9. THERE IS NO REFERENCED FLOODPLAIN WITHIN THIS PHASE, AS SHOWN ON FEMA
FIRM #3720065800J, DATED MAY 2, 2006.
