Overall the plant appears to be operating well. The composite sampling is done by a pump that runs continuously for 24 hours drawing sample from the effluent. The flow meter is rather old and probably incapable of connecting to a sampler for flow proportional sampling. The perimeter fence for the WWTP is sagging and in need of some repair.
