Dear Morella Sanchez -King:
This memo is to address the Notice of Deficiency letter sent to me on July 24, 2018.
Please accept the following information for corrective actions.
Deficiency 1: As always every effort has been made to keep our lagoon above the -
Ir
L allowable level. At the time of this high freeboard occurrence we were
having unusually high amounts of rainfall from localized thunderstorms.
Although, at times persistent rainfall makes it hard to maintain required
storage capacity, we try to take every necessary step to keep our lagoon
level in compliance with our Certified Animal Waste Management Plan
and permit.
In conclusion my lagoon was back in compliance at 21" on July 5, 2018.
