Comment: We visited several sites by way of follow-up from our April inspections. Kevin Hining, Heath Slaughter,
Todd Hiatt and other DOT staff/contractors were present. All sites visited last month (13AB, 8, 9, 12, 6
2AB and other stream segments downstream from waste pits) were reviewed and discussed. Site 16 was
a problem as portable fuel tanks had no secondary containment. I requested they provide that and send
photos ASAP. A silt bag was not functioning properly but was repaired as we observed.
