following reason:
Part A 15b. showed "C" (classification) instead of index no. 14-2-11-2-1-(1) as obtained from the Surface Water
Classifications map viewer. Also, the E&SC Plan Project number was entered as "ZP-09-19", but the letter references "ZP-
03-19". Everything else looked okay. Please resubmit an eNOI with these items corrected. For questions, contact
