Part A # 15a,b - Cape Fear is the river basin your site is in, but we're looking for the immediate waterbody
receiving stormwater from your site. The NC Surface Water Classifications map shows your site draining to
either Dry Creek or Brooks Creek. Please verify.

Everything else looks great.
