Staff of the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) conducted a compliance inspection on January 141"
2019. The MRO would like to thank Mr. Alex Hillard and your AQWA technician (Jeff) for your time
during the inspection. Per conversation and observation, the treatment system, application field and
records appeared maintained in accordance with the permit, at the time of inspection.
Please note the following comments to maintain overall program compliance:
• All tanks should be assessed annually for residuals and scum layers and pumped as needed.
• Wet weather conditions for the past several months have caused ponding conditions in the
application field. Should you notice additional ponding or run-off related to your
wastewater irrigation or detect odors, please contact Maria Schutte at the phone
number listed below for assistance.
• This permit is currently in the renewal process with our central office permitting staff. You may
contact Sonia.Graves(u)ncdenr.gov with specific questions related to the renewal.
The inspection report should be self-explanatory; however, please contact Maria Schutte by phone

The system appeared to meet program requirements at the time of inspection. The drip irrigaion system was not assessed
due to existing wet weather conditions (see additional comments in the report). The owners are pro -active in meeting permit
requirements.

Comment: AQWA replaced UV unit in Dec 2018. System is connected to telemetry and will call AQWA for
servicing. AQWA offices are approx. 3.5 hrs from this location; so, there is some delay in
repairs.
Owner is maintaining a spreadsheet of weekly/monthly system checks with appropriate
comments for requested maintenance.
