Comment: Site 2 culvert construction was reviewed by DOT staff, consultant and the Corps.
Culvert was still being
worked on and appears to be in compliance at this point. No issues with the pump
around were observed.
The site recently flooded following an intense storm event. All EC measures were repaired and in good
working order.
