Contact and secure approval from the Division of Water Quality prior to transfer of waste
to a site not covered in the facility's certified animal waste management plan.
Operation will be partially or fully depopulated.

NARRATIVE:
The necessary actions are being taken to bring the lagoon level below 19 inches. Mr. David
Powell was notified about the lagoon level on 08113/2018.
